One day there was a chook. The chook read a book. The book bit the chook and the chook grabbed a hook and whacked the book. “What a naughty book you are,” said the chook.

Once there was a King. He swung and swung on the swing and then he fell off. He stepped on a bee and he said “It stings!” But then the bee did start to sing. The King looked up at the bee’s wings. It had colourful wings. The King said to the bee “Can you stop singing?”

One day two girls named Amy and Holly were pretending to be monkeys. They liked eating bees and fleas. One day they met Jessie the bee and she gave them TNT and it blew up a tree. They found a key in the blown up tree. They had tea and went in the sea .

Once upon a time there was a dark brown taco. He was the ugliest brown taco ever. His name was MARK. He went to the ocean and near the park he met a shark.
The shark said “ Bark!! EHHHHHHHHUM!!! Sorry I barked I’m part dog. It is getting dark, do you want to crash at my place?”
“Yes I will.” said the taco.
“THANKS! I haven’t had any visitors lately.”
When they got to the shark’s house, the shark ate the taco. That was the end of the taco!

In our swimming lessons we had two teachers. Their names were Meg and Richard. Richard was funny because he jumped in the water. Meg was funny because when she wanted our attention she got a noodle and slapped it on the water. I jumped into the water.

At the swimming pool my teacher is Paul. Paul is a mean teacher because he splashed Sara, Jessica and me. He did it when we were out of the water. When we got in the water it was cold. We started to squeal but it got warm later on.

In swimming lessons I learnt to dive off the edge. Meg was our teacher and she showed us how to do it. She showed us how to float on our backs and she taught us how to swim. We practised kicking with a kick board up and down the pool. We had fun jumping in and climbing up the ladder. I want to go swimming again next year.

In swimming my teacher was Meg. She let us do a pin drop. I liked doing a somersault under water. I learnt to do a somersault without my nose hurting. Meg said the better you torpedo the easier everything else is.

My school went swimming in Lakes. On the 4th day of swimming we had a choice of how to get in the pool. I did a spin in the air and I went in the water. My teacher’s name is Paul He is a bit scary because when we go under water he grabs a noodle and smacks it over our head when we are still under water.

At school on Monday Miss Murray took photos of my class at their favourite places in
the school.
My favourite place in the school was the flying fox playground. In my photo I am
upside down on the red bars. My face is turning red like my dress. In the background I
can see trees, a blue pole and nice grass. I can see heaps of colours: pink, green, blue,
white and red. We did it in Literacy on Monday and I liked it.

Here is a photo of me in a tunnel on a playground. The tunnel is red, so are my pants. I’m happy because it is my
favourite place. I am in a red and white dress. My shoes are pink. I am at school. The tunnel is round and I look like
an egg. The sky is white. By Jessie Hearl
I am at the basketball court and I threw around a ball. There are some trees diagonal to me, and grass under the tree.
The tree is big but it looks small in the photo. The ball is small. I am medium size and I can see red, black, green,
yellow, blue, white and grey colours. I felt happy because I got a goal and I was playing. I jumped up and threw the
ball all the way through the hoop. The sky and the tables where in front of me. When I threw the ball I said “arrr and
ehh.” By Mark Hederman
My favourite place in the school is on the gymnastics bars. I like the bars because I like gymnastics. I am happy in
this photo. I am upside down .I am in my school dress. I am smiling because I am happy. Behind me is grass and
underneath me is wood chips. My hair is waving from side to side.
